Research interests

The research carried out in the Cambridge Centre for Proteomics centres around two main areas: § Development of absolute and relative quantitative proteomics techniques for use in conjunction with post translational modifications, membrane proteins, organelle proteomics and protein trafficking. § Development of experimental strategies and methods for statistical analysis of quantitative proteomics data. . Developments in these areas are incorporated into the many research collaborations CCP has with national and international collaborators. Since the establishment of CCP in November 2000, we have published over 100 peer reviewed papers and 8 book chapters.
